As someone who played a lot of Gen V NU, where Liepard was one of the most used pokes (and I used him myself), there is no way SwagPlay is worthy of a ban. That's just asinine. It's annoying, that's all it is. Klefki and Liepard are way more useful in spreading around paralysis anyway...

I have Kalos Japanese Dittos that have yielded shinies at expected speeds, have yet to get a shiny with charm + non-Kalos.

Definitely not, each of my shinies have been from Japanese Dittos in the past and so have many, many others'.

Nearing 1600 eggs with no shiny, I would honestly like to see some testing with specifically non kalos parents, because it looks like there's a trend of bad luck for people who use 6 IV dittos.

I've MM'd about 1300 eggs without a shiny at this point. One of my parents isn't Kalos bred, so I'm wondering if the hexagon affects shiny rate, because as it stands I've failed a 95% chance to get a shiny.

I'm currently MMing + shiny charm for a shiny Pumpkaboo, I'll track my statistics to 1000 eggs for this and can say that I just got 800 and no shinies yet. Edit: 900 and nothing. Edit 2: Hit 1000 and no shinies. This makes me think the 1/450 odds are right.
