Technician Aftermath Side Poll 2: No There are many ways we can make this balanced without creating a new move. Basically I'm rooting for Technician + no new move. Aftermath would be an interesting choice as well, since no one besides 2 UU pokemon have a chance to use it.

I still think Technician would be a good choice. I mean Ancient Power does have 8pp after all, with the rare 10% chance of the stat boosts. Its BP even after Technician boost still doesn't match a stab'd FT/IB/TB. We could always restrict its movepool so that its mainly using AP and a 90 BP...

To the people saying Caladbolg's looks Psychic or too slow, can you honestly say yDG'd doesn't look part Steel and like a physical attacker with those claws. It doesn't really matter, since a lot of pokemon don't look exactly like their type or stats.
