    What about Chansey? Chansey's already great natural bulk means that almost anything fits on it, and Rillaboom doesn't seem to be much different. Chansey/Rillaboom only has 255/115 special bulk, the lowest I've seen on any Chansey cross-evolution, but it's probably still usable. Rillaboom also...
