    I'm relatively new to competitve, but I'm very good with both ou and uu, and I'd love to vote. But, I don't know what a "fresh alt" is, or what you mean by that format. If you could help me out a little, I'd love that. You can just reply to this comment to help. I also don't know what a GXE is...
