I've been hearing that there's a way to boost your Pokemon's IVs without having to breed, is this true?

I think Mega Venusaur actually has higher Special attack and the same Speed as regular Venusaur. Whenever I mega evolve my Venusaur it gets more Special attack but the speed stays the same. I will try to post pictures later.

I was battling a Team Flare Grunt's Swalot, and I used Dig on it with my Tyrunt. While I was underground, it used Toxic on me and hit! Has Toxic always done this?

Are you sure there's no secondary effect? That sounds pointless next to Moonblast.
