I agree with Red M. The only thing is to change Scald to Waterfall and Ice Beam to Ice Punch because Swampert is more of a physical attacker :)

Chandelure is quite frail and definitely needs to be faster. I definetly recomend changing it to a scarfed one. So here is the set I would use: Chandelure - Timid - Flash Fire - Choice Scarf Moves: Shadow Ball, Flamethrower/Fire Blast (Do you prefer safe or sorry?), HP fighting and Energy Ball...
