What if they made a pure flying poke with no feet, and no access to mimic or mirror move or w/e? It wouldn't be able to Roost, problem solved. Like, say, a present bird pokemon's wings grew so strong that it evolved into a pure flying type and evolved past feet? Not..sure if that made sense.

I believe it shows up in the Union Cave every Friday.
