You do have a bit of Lucario weakness, i think that you'd have quite a lot of trouble dealing with a Anti-Lead Lucario. It should 2HKO your Rotom with Crunch, unless you have the berry. Even if you do hit it with WoW. I'm suprised at how many people don't even look at what poke you're starting...

That does make a little more sense for Gengar, as i said the only real reason for running thunderbolt was for the additional type coverage of having an Electric attack which i setup behind a sub and use, but as you say i might be better off using Pain Split to damage those problematic critters...
