Spikes have many viable users, and can be used. Your argument that you run no pokemon weak to rock is also pretty bad because then you're still taking 12% damage each time you switch, unless you run a whole team of rock resists.

Unless you're running a whole team of flying types that have a secondary type that resists rock or levitators not weak to rocks then you are able to take spikes damage.

You're taking potential hazard damage, and assuming that your opponent doesn't have 6 SwagPlayers he could just bring in a spin blocker/defiant user.

This switching argument isn't a very good one because every time you send out a mon they're getting para'd or hit with foul play. And if the SwagPlay user was able to lay hazards then you're taking damage each time you switch.

do you have an auto crit fetish or something? ive seen like 2 moves that get auto crit with this.

You said that its similar to regular OU, but in your pairing list, you had ubers, would all ubers be brought down or only some? I can see kingler becoming more relevant in this OM, because it gets waterfall with sheer force. Also was there any specific way that you paired these mons?
