I was thinking Aerial Ace on Jirachi actually. Ensures KO on Hera and Breloom.

I believe its a KO on Celebi and a 2HKO on Latias. With no Calm Minds behind either.

Signal Beam works better on Magnezone. It prevents Celebi/Latias/Alakazam from switching in on it. On Celebi im testing HP Fire/Psychic/Earth Power atm.
