QUESTION: If I use an Action Replay to RNG breed (needed to check IV's without saving), and I catch/hatch a Pokemon WHILE it's in the Action Replay, will that Pokemon be considered "hacked" at a Regional Tournament?

So I found my frame and the time I need to enter the game at to get the IV's I want, but the thing is that the journal always comes up and changes my frame by 2. So I was wondering what can I do to decrease the frame by 2 in order to get the egg I want.

It was hatched from an egg, and is quite nature.

So I got a Tyranitar from some random guy and it has all 31 IV's. I want to use it in a Regional Tournament, but I don't know if it's hacked or not. Is there anyway to tell?

Well you'd have to look at the OverUsed tier, and see what you're trying to outrun. With a Normal/Flying sweeper like Togekiss, you're wanting to outrun common sweepers with Rock, Electric, and Ice moves: Tyranitar, Electivire, Mamoswine, etc. who can have up to speeds of 221, 289, and 259 as...

Can I mimic a move that was mimiced in a double battle? Joe's Dragonite used Hyper Beam! My Mr. Mime mimic'd it! My Mr. Mime used Hyper Beam! (Then could someone mimic that, even if the move wasn't originally the user's?)

I like to use Action Replay to make breeding less stressful, and was looking for a "view IV code". I've seen it used in a video before, and cannot get the one I found on Google to work properly. :/ Any ideas?

Once a Pokemon has 510 EV's, then yes you can train on whatever you want to raise it to level 100, including the E4, but the training itself wouldn't be any "easier". My question is a certain scenario on whether or not you can Rare Candy the last level if it's EV's were received between 99-100.
