i wonder how Empoleon will fare this gen. It also has the Defiant ability and has aqua jet. I know they probably wont be able to counter Aegislash but Gothitelle and Wigglytuff has a similar ability in Competitive. You think they will be used more too?

For those who use steel types defensively, it's a nerf. I use steel types offensively so I think it's a buff. Lucario's bullet punch has a lot more things to hit now.

Slowking/Xatu and Mega Mawile is gonna be my core. I want to switch in to slowking when mawile is threated by fire moves and slowking will set up a trick room. Similarly, I can use Xatu to block earthquakes aimed at Mawile.
