i feel like choice band donphan should be brought back because of the many different physical moves he has at his disposal. I've been using banded donphan for 2 weeks now and i've seen some crazy results with the different moves and was surprised how much damage he can pull off.

it's not pointless, the reason why it isn't pointless is because it will give more usage to not fully evolved pokemon and create a new meta that might be fun and competitive experience.

i would like to see a NFE meta where we can use 2nd evoultion pokemon and have more strategies for NFE pokemon. Another thing is that i would want to see how popular it would become if you added it and see if you would want to keep it or remove from the server, but i'd appreciate it if you can...
