I agree with the overall point but parting shot does have some cool upsides especially in this early meta. The -1 offense helps deal with whatever setup sweeper is in front and I've had this come up vs mega Luc-z, mega Chomp-z and especially Bax who can't be burned. As for parabolic charge, yeah...
