Was just playing a random battle and sent out Tsareena. I had 152 speed. There was a sticky web down, and Tsareena had a choice scarf. I thought that the sticky web and choice scarf would cancel out, leaving me with 152 speed. However, I ended up with 151 speed. Is this the correct effect, or...
