Fair enough. I'm mostly going from personal experience, having used a more defensive variant of that set for the last few weeks. Tried it with both Roar and DT, and Xerneas alone ended up making Roar work significantly better for me.

Minor point: Physical Defog should have Roar as a secondary option next to Dragon Tail, for the same reasons it's there in Giratina-A's sets - accuracy, substitutes, Fairies. Roar is particularly nice when a Xerneas comes in and thinks it can get off a free Geomancy while you turn tail and run.
