Wonderwing lasts until the end of your next turn - using it again doesn't re-apply the effect while it's still in action (i.e. using Wonderwing twice in a row means the 2nd Wonderwing is negative priority, but the next move after won't be).

That's actually intentional and correct, all changes to either SpA or SpD will go to both stats
