Pretty sure one of the earliest sighting of Tera Ghost Dragon Dance was around November 2024 during OUPL VIII. It was even used alongside Roar for similar anti-Zamazenta purposes while also denying emergency phazing from other would-be answers like Moltres or Whirlwind Ting-Lu.- Disscratch
