It's looking great, but there's still the problem with the amount of useless colors. It can't be called a sprite if it has so many and so similar to each other. EDIT: it's faster if i just QC it for you: you erased a few whites on the outside, but there's still like 10 yellows when you should...

Be careful, even though the height/weight are yet to be confirmed, if you pay attention you can see that the head is a bit higher than on a normal tyranitar, so if you wanted to edit it's bw sprite, i suggest you to cut its head and edit it separately, then fusing it with the rest of the body
