Well, that is all I got for Cuno... Leveled him up to 100 and didn't get any more moves. I would GUESS that he gets Hurricane at Level 92, but I can't confirm that for sure.

More moves to add... -Blizzard at Level 71 -Sheer Cold at Level 78 -Roost at Level 85 Will be leveling until 100 today/tonight. *Might* (have) miss(ed) some moves since I taught him Ancient Power, Freeze Dry, and Hurricane at Level 70 via move relearner.

If you are running Windows XP, then yes you cant save profiles. Otherwise, I don't know, they should work on every other system.

VCount fluctuation is new to me. My Timer0 has changed a bit, but my VCount NEVER changed...

Also, time flies you fail at RNGing legendaries 30+ times in a row... :(

Yes, everybody is reporting multiple Timer0 values. Some people, such as me, have gotten over 10 different Timer0 values. So you need to do many trials and see which ones pop up more often for you.

I have actually only had success without advancing the frame via chatot pitches. I think they screw with something (maybe T0) in this game... Otherwise, keep at it for 20 attempts, and if nothing works, then frame advancing is messed up for you. Obviously your mileage may vary. I could be...

Does anybody know how the encounter with Latios changes either the Standard Seed IV frame of the PIDRNG frame(chatot chatters)? Does it change anything at all? Just got done RNGing Heatran...

I have done that. I calibrated my parameters 9 times, and 3 of them were 167E with the other 6 being completely different. So I am using parameters with a timer0 of 167E. Is it because I am using a DSi?

So, I have had NO issues with RNG in Black 1 on my DSi. Both Eggs AND Stationary Legendaries. How come I can't RNG my Heatran in Black 2? I am finding my Standard Seed IV's, and the corresponding PIDRNG frame, but my results are VERY poor. Not once have I hit anything remotely correct. Any advice?

So I am trying to RNG a Heatran in B2 just like I would my Shiny Terrakion from B1, but it is not working at all. I have my sweet scent parameters for B2, but I can't get a consistent result of anything on this Heatran. Any thoughts?

I got it now lol It took a while, but i was actually 2 seconds offset, not 1 haha. I was off by a second the entire time... :/

My timer0 value is 123C. It has been that the entire time. As for parameters, it was a 1 second difference that i have been accounting for by starting a second earlier...

Ok, so now i am consistently getting the same mewtwo. It is Naive and has the spread 15/1/6/15/14/10 but i cant find that spread anywhere in rng reporter or time finder... :(
