Japanese Pokemon twitter has announced the total victories (3,504,861) as of July 28 against Shiny Wo-Chien, confirming both the shiny distribution and the full 10 bonus tera shard sets of 40 (the Japanese news post for the raid mentions they will have 10 of 4 types each).

All rewards will be distributed as regular Internet mystery gifts, no qualifications needed.
