So there are two sets of rules. Normal Rules and No Restrictions. Normal Rules puts everything to level 50 and removes Candy Boost. It's still 6 v 6 singles. And unrestricted lets you have any levels and candy boosts. So as long as you play by normal rules then everything won't be bulky.
