Yeah you're right. He is a bit tankier than I'm implying and I didn't do much research i just assumed he ran 252 SpD not HP. I've just been basing it on my garchomp wrecking him on showdown. But I don't think skarmory is a great example since it has recovery and fire/electric are not as common...

His defences are sadly not incredible. 60 HP is 10-20 too low to avoid so many easy OHKOs.
