prob max spa max spe, if i run hp fire i usually go 336spe to outrun most nape and french gar but u can go max speed and always outrun nape the rest i put in hp, more hp bulk isn't what i'd use on those kind of teams usually

Its not a Bad Idea considering zap and gyara can be hard, those offensive teams cant allow themselves to lose momentum, we re not running a bulky offense that can spam specs dm and switch out. If i were playing Latias here, a support set seems better so as to not play a choiced item, twave hwish...
