I don't know to much about stall but seems really solid of a team. I like the dual screens, it seems like that would help out alot. I recomend though you switch out jirachi for celebi and just give celebi the duel screens grass knot and perish song. With perish song it gives you another...

I love the idea of this team. I don't like the lead guy but I can't think of who else to use right now. I do recomend though you make your rotom bold natured to have him be more bulky and chand him to a rest talk. After that it opens your machamp up two spaces for two more attacks
