There has been realignment, and there is a thread here dedicated to it. Given how much testing it will involve we probably won't be sure of everything until PokeTransfer starts up and known max IV pokemon can be transferred over.

I've got an Azurill that looks to have 3 perfect IVs and I have yet to tip at all.

Alakazam's base Sp. Def is up by 10. Also, Pikachu appears to have gotten both defenses upped by 5 or 10. The first is probably a bad copypasta from the mega form apparently, but the second may relate to the new Pikachu game being announced on the 28th.

You can get it and the other special bags via either tapping the normal bag on the super training screen or (from what I've been told) by beating super training mini-games. It's rare either way, but you'll eventually get it.

Is anyone checking for BST changes for older pokemon? Pikachu is rather consistently breaking the IV calculators. As an example, here are lvl 30 Pikachu with no EVs fresh out of Friend Safari, but even the level 4 and 5 ones from Route 3 make the calculator tell me I'm lying. calm hp 62/4-6...
