For some reason, when creating the Pokemon in PC boxes after Box 1, they disappear in both Pokemon Stadium 1 and Pokemon Blue. What's wrong?

Seeing as though Werster has been able to beat Stadium 1 in 20 hours with rentals, how fast do you believe it can be beaten with trained Pokemon?

By the way, should I replace Tyranitar with Houndoom or keep him in? I've also taken into consideration replacing Heracross with Machamp.
