Can someone explain to me why we are ‘unbanning’ or adding items not in the base ZA game? I am one for Mega Ability speculation and changes but why add these Mickey items instead of just adapting?

PLEASE do not let Heavy Duty Boots in the tier, they are NOT in the base ZA game and neither should any other mon not in the Dex either
