-Who does your team counter?
-Why are certain Pokemon better than others?
-What are some threats I can work off to improve?
-What are the roles of the Pokemon on your team?

These are questions you should be answering in your RMT; it should be more than 3-4 sentences for each Pokemon. Good luck! :)
