RURW3 Eggs, and Rotom-Mow is looking pretty fun. I like this set, and it's pretty common for rotom sets to only run Volt Swtich and their STAB move. This set doesn't get to use its other strengths, like access to wisp and defog, but those can be easy to build around.

I agree on the regenerator ban, Pex wasn't the issue. Since the ban, all of the teams that used it have just swapped it out for Reuniclus, Toxapex Junior, or even Eldegoss, with little to no other changes.
