Weavile is a Fast Taunter and psychic is null against him, that's the only taunting threat I can think of that's fast and common.

Some people are forgetting that it might be battle tower rules, so no kyogre or other legendary pokemon(sorry jibaku no azlef then) but latios/as and wobuffet are ok.

For the battle tower I might try out heatran, tangrowth and staraptor since they cover each other to a tee.

I ran this team in the battle tower with Ursaring with guts and burn orb, it did pretty well, I could sometimes pass on a swords dance too if the ai was dumb enough, and I also had brick break and shadow claw for a ghost or rock, such as TTar.
