Agree with ZoroDark, seems like Chandelure/Sableye can take that place for spinblocking. Chandelure has Clear Smog, not so powerful, but can help with some boosters, Hex abuse thanks to Toxic Spikes by Nidoqueen and also has it's feared STAB fire-type attacks.
