I started playing pokémon when I was 8, when I got my Nintendo DS, I loved playing pokémon pearl. Some time later I played pokémon black and pokémon omega ruby.
When I grew older a great friend of mine introduced me to pokémon showdown, which I absolutely loved (but I was really really bad). It wasn't until a couple years ago when I started to play according to the meta and with the intention to win.
Nowadays, some of the formats that I like are ADV OU, S/V OU, CAP, Random Battles, NatDex Monotype and NatDex Ubers.
