    Pending Rule for seeding in tournaments

    A custom rule to /tour command to allow for brackets to be seeded, using elo instead of random. (obviously only works for formats with a ladder but still would be quite nice)

    Done Choose rulesets for challenges.

    It would be cool if in challenges to another user you could choose a different ruleset (Sleep Clause, HP per cent mod, Endless battle clause, etc.)
