I think Icy Wind should get a mention here as an optional attack, that way Latios can die on his own terms if faced with a faster opponent. Dragon Pulse probably wouldn't kill it in time and Draco Meteor variants would be screwed over by Substitute.

Crobat's EVs are illegal. I do see a Screening Rotom weakness if you chose to replace Shaymin with Roserade. Weezing seems like it could be trouble with Thunderbolt, Sludge Bomb, and WoW.

My bad, I thought it was BL on Smogon's G/S tier. Certainly is on R/S, though... And, yes, every generation Kazam takes a hit. Special split and Blissey, EV introduction and Ninjask, physical Pursuit and useful priority tutors.

Porygon-Z got Trick. Also glad to see Kazam in OU. Don't really get it...but I believe this is the first time its been OU since RBY.
