i have my server up my admin config sorted out ive waited 39 hours my servers been up 37 hours but how do i let people connect to my server i have waited the time asked but yet im still not getting any help with noing how to let people connect to my server please can somebody help me thancks

I cannot do restart to my server as of yet because i am in the 36 hours uptime at the moment so thats not possible ive done i thinck 24 hours uptime im not sure erm but once my server is up then i will worry about authority i will not be publishing it until i have admin anyway
