What is 252 HP EV's on Blissey doing for you? I think you should go for 24 HP / 252 Defense / 232 Sp. Defense as that helps you survive longer.

Okay. I've made a lot of changes to this team as of now. Skarmory --> Heatran Lanturn --> Vaporeon Metagross --> Jirachi I've decided to keep Latias as it gets the surprise KO on Scizor evry now and then. Latias is still in OU so I'm going to keep it while it lasts.

I have only one suggestion. If you can, try to change Zapdos' Toxic to HP Grass. It will be a better help for Swampert and other Water / Ground types.

Why do you have Charge Beam over Shadow Ball on Rotom-H? Seeing your movesets, the only thing you have to hit Psychic / Ghost-types is Pursuit. Shadow Ball hits just as hard as Pursuit as has STAB. The choice is up to you.
