    I didn't have any Gastly on-hand, but I've had a Moon Ball female from WT that I've been meaning to get around to for some time. Currently sorting out the offspring but I should be able to give you a female with at least 4 IVs too, plus I spliced in Perish Song and Disable. Will PM you in a bit!
