Is it possible to RNG a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Jolly poke, shiny or otherwise? I'm pretty sure you can't ID/SID abuse for one (can't find it on Omega's spreadsheet) but I don't know if you can breed one or not. PokeRNG is showing me zero results for hexflawless jolly but given that I don't know how...

Is abusing the ID/SID only necessary for legendaries? I've never tried to RNG-breed, so I don't know if getting flawless shinies via breeding is possible without ID/SID abuse.

Can anyone explain the 8 speed EVs (instead of just 4) on the CBScizor set?

The loading delay I'm referring to is the time between the moment you soft reset and when the game actually starts. Did you read the emloop guide (Syberia's) on the first page? The stuff in step 9 is what I'm referring to. And the roamer locations need to be plugged into the seed verifier...

@viperGTS Did you already find out what your loading time delay is? Assuming that's the 400 you mentioned, add it to 657. Then put 1057 in the first box on emloop, click the button under it, and you should get a seconds value. Now is when you pick a target time. 1057 delay translates into 17.61...
