Hello, I wanted to ask about the potential of sandstorm over toxic, the 1/8th damage on non-rock, ground, and steel types seem promising, but it seems hard to fit with other moves. Say, in a move slot where you could choose between Toxic and Sandstorm, would Toxic always be the better option?
