It may have strong moves, and it's a good mixed attacker but it's very predictable, once it uses a move it basically gives away every sort of unpredictability it had. It's also weak against common attack types such as Fire, Ground, Ghost & Dark meaning that Bisharp, Talonflame, Tyranitar...
