So IV's are inherited.. I have a near perfect ditto 31/31/31/x/31/31 and a near perfect Machop, 31/31/31/17/30/30 would my eggs receive lower stats than 31? or are parent IV's handed down at all times? Also, what is a good Rain team? I don't care if it's a banned one, I'm only going to use it...
