Rarely Used (RU) Tier

If it is Moxie Honchkrow, regirock or steelix can wall it. Even if it's not moxie, regirock can take superpower, and careful steelix can take heat wave.

Also Duskull eviolite. This tier is really funny, but I think Honchkrow is broken. I'm using it and is awesome.
