Is Victory Star bugged? When I used Victini, Victory Star only seemed to work with Victini.

I may not be able to vote, but I believe that Dynamax should be banned. It fundamentally changes what random battles are and requires a completely different skillset. On the other hand, I do believe people should have at least one game mode to play with this feature. It’s the defining feature...
