No, Fire Punch is not an egg move for Grimer/Muk so it cannot learn it that way. The only way to get a Grimer/Muk with Fire Punch is with the Emerald Tutor. And use the Simple Question/Answer Thread next time

Just a note, if you go with 176 Attack EVs, you get an Attack stat of 352. It's two more points for just another 4 EVs, dunno if you'll want to change that, but I noticed it when I was using your Sharpedo as a base.
