hmm. I can't figure out whether rayquaza will be standard to counter weather teams or if it won't be and weather teams will just pack garchomp to handle rayquaza. running neither seems terribly terrific.

Armaldo also gets Rapid Spin. It looks to me like it's the #1 rapid spinner for sand storm teams. It can also set up entry hazards, but that would use up moveslots it can't afford.

Yes. Disable and Meanlook shuts down all choice item users. Unless Struggle is a major threat.
