    Do Vitamins only work when going from 0 to 100 EVs in that particular stat? Because I find that sometimes, I'll be EV-training my guy, get its' EVs in a particular stat to 152, and then when I go buy the 10 Vitamins to get him to 252 EVs, it says "It won't have any effect". What gives?

    No no no, TINTED Lens is what Yanma's Compoundeyes changes to when you evolve it into Yanmega. TINTED Lens increases the power of "not very effective" attacks, but I'm wondering if it has the same Field Effect as Compoundeyes
