Ah, thanks for the clarification. So there are two ways for a pokemon to be banned in UU then. Either it becomes too powerful and is thus gets promoted to BL or its usage goes up and it gets promoted to OU. I assume usage is based solely in OU matches as opposed to all matches?

If I understand the tier system correctly; the dividing line between UU/BL is purely based on power alone. Usage does not play a part here. While the dividing line between UU/OU and BL/OU is based purely on usage (or popularity alone). That said, I think people need to realize that placement...

Hypno might work as it has Insomnia and wish; however, Grumpig won't has it doesn't have any recovery move save rest. In either cases; they are severely outclass by Cresselia who has the same typing and a similar movepool while being immune to ground.

Hidden Power breeding is very annoying sometimes. Try breeding for HP Ice anything, and like 1/2 of all your good IV pokes have HP Dragon or Dark. Its really annoying. I find myself screaming + or - 1 def!

Does anyone know how the Ability Color Glasses work?

I know when a pokemon has been put to sleep by spore, it gets a sleep counter from 2 to 5. My question is if this works the same for the other sleep inducing moves (save rest) like hypnosis and sleep powder. That is, is the minimum and max the same?

I'm pretty sure I have the best flygon (nearly killed myself breeding it) though it might be because I haven't seen another. My HP Ice Rotom is pretty awesome as well. Also, I think my Jolteon is good but no where near the best.

This is a rather interesting idea for a format, however I don't see this replacing nor existing alongside standard/OU/UU. Mainly because of the fact that I don't enough people would support the format to make it viable. But I do think that this can become one of those fun quirky tournament...
