I put fireblast on ttar because my team has 4 physical attackers and wants to kill skarm asap. The only thing tbolt is really good for would be suicune, who isn't as much of a threat as skarm for this team. Rockslide hits waters pretty well and the raw damage on fireblast brings skarmory down...
