Seeing a lot of drop rachi talk. Maybe not the thread for it, but thoughts on shuca sets on stuff like dragmag? Its pretty useful with high use of ground types.
-Spdf Shuca+Icy wind beats non-scarf lando 1v1 while still staying healthy enough to live double dracos from latios after the fact...
If I was trying to build a rain list for USUM (standard core of pelipper, mega pert, ash ninja, defensive torn t, dual hazard ferro) with icium z kyurem black as the 6th what kind of set would I use on kyurem (and what options would be allowed for the rest of the team?).
I'd probably use Freeze...
I feel like mixchomp is great rn. Not having to outrage lock and just getting to drop dracos and then switch out is a good feeling. Forces progress easily, not deadweight when burned, performs against lando and gliscor, doesn't need to lock itself in to use its nuke. I don't think highly about...
Why not exca in S? Sure its already top A+, but upon reading this S description I felt like exca kind of fits the bill.
Just look at this replay, exca susses out the scarftar, sits on a helmet skarm for days and denies it tons of hazards, comes in hazards multiple times without giving a f*ck...
Why is it standard to run 248 hp EVs on rotom H? I get you would get 1 extra go from hazards, but
1) you are using boots anyway
2) if you get knocked off, you've taken damage so you don't get that extra go
3) even if you get knocked off and wishpass to it, chances are its gonna take some form of...
I do love this core but a big issue is that the double is rarely *that* safe to make. It works a lot because most players are conditioned to just go hard into their water absorber on vish, but at the same time there are so many psychos on ladder that will just willingly gamble really important...
Could you guys consider giving short writeups on all or some of the teams here? Some people aren't 100% familiar with every ruins of alph generation and while firsthand experience is a great way to learn, just taking a sample team and diving in with no other real aid whatsoever can likely lead...
Thanks, appreciate the help. Can you post a pokepaste of what the team would look like with diggersby? The team you posted is undoubtably better, but its super standard. It's something I would expect to see in sample teams tbh. Toad+Corvi+clef+kyurem+zera+1 is so common already.
Hey guys whats up I wanted to make a new team for the post melmetal b& meta. Its not really set in stone, I played some games with a few builds of this on my 1500 elo alt and I'm not really sure what direction I should take it.
Kyurem @ Choice Specs
